We cannot always provide 100% satisfaction and understand that you may be dissatisfied with the service and/or products you receive, in such cases we ask that you contact us using the details below rather than voice opinions and/or complaints on public forum/s.
Discount Coupons - do expire in a reasonable time and will always identify this expiry at the time of receipt.
Gift Cards - do not expire and if you have an issue with a gift card please contact us using the details provided below.
Postage and Shipping
In the event that a parcel is delayed or lost by Australia Post we will do our best to help you find it and have it delivered in a timely manner. From time to time Australia Post experience delays beyond the normal and at such times we will not take responsibility for delayed items, however we will do our best to have delays resolved and provide a mutually pleasing solution.
In the event that a parcel is damaged by Australia Post please contact us immediately using the details provided below and we will work with yourself and Australia Post to find a solution - we do have limited insurance on all parcels sent with tracking.
Accuracy of information
We endeavour to keep the website up to date and as accurate as possible, however due to the length of time that we have been trading there is historical data and images contained on the website. Please be aware that expired offers, classes and products will not be honoured from historical data as all pages on the website containing historical data have dates of post for reference.
We endeavour to ensure that images and information provided by third parties for products they provide are as accurate and up to date as possible, however from time to time we may through human error miss a detail, image or information that has been provided incorrectly by a third party supplier.
We endeavour to represent all products and services owned and/or manufactured by us as accurately as possible through images, descriptions and information. We do however through human error make mistakes and at such times make corrections without notice or discussion.
We reserve the right to change, update, lower and/or increase pricing, descriptions and information on the website without notice or discussion.
