Well ... Naomi-Jon kind of overthought this scrapbook layout with her 3s:
- 3 different pattern papers were used 3 times each
- 3 different cardstocks are used 3 times each
- 3 stenciled layers
- 3 frames
- 3 holes cut out of the background
- 3 raised circles
- 3 photos with 3 people in the photos
- 3 fonts, 3 words
- 3 doodles
- 3 watercolour clusters
- 3 hearts
- And 6 pieces of gauze (but it is still divisible by 3)
Threes are threes and in this case the scrapbook layout needed to be in threes to truly treasure the photos. Thick as Thieves does not describe this band of Redshaw children better with the three youngest doing a ritual as old as time. For when Naomi-Jon Redshaw was at school in the afternoons at the shop Amelia-Ann, Noah and Naomi-Jon would choose a piece of carpet get comfy and take a gazillion photos. Filtered, non-filtered, tongues out, grins up, bunny ears sneaky in and a few peace signs here and there while laughter spread throughout the store. This scrapbook layout may have taken Naomi-Jon more than a day and several snack breaks to create it but the result is worth it.
