The Power of Stripes
Mother and Daughter Challenge no more. These layouts are not a challenge anymore, it is more like a game of passing the parcel. Alicia starts and places out the layout and then Naomi comes in often with a curve ball that will always include paint (well except for that one time) and then Alicia flies in the master of glue, tape and scissors. This is not a challenge but an experiment and the example of two creatives in sync for an hour or so with one focus. In this free scrapbook-along, their focus was to create a scrapbook layout around photos of Amelia-Ann at the park. And what a spectacular job has been done from Melia's grin to the bright stripes with tropical fussy cuts.

Using them to Cut Shapes
The original purpose of Scrapbook Fantasies' Exclusive Creative Templates was to make it a three-step process for crafters to create the perfect circle, hexagon, heart, diamond, you name it. These simple steps are place, trace and cut.
Using them to Stencil Shapes
The other use for these scrapbooking templates is to paint near-perfect shapes onto our scrapbook layouts or cards by either using the template as a stamp or tracing and then painting; like, what Naomi-Jon did in this free online class.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my Design Board instead of a Glass Board when using my craft knife?
Yes. You can cut paper with your craft knife on your Scrapbook Fantasies' Exclusive Creative Design Board. Please note that it will leave tiny scratches but Alicia Redshaw does not mind this as she believes that it shows that her tools are well used.
How to use paint pens on our Chippie-Cuts?
When using paint pens often the colour might be slightly darker on chippie-cuts. However, Alicia Redshaw fixes this problem by drawing a layer of white paint marker and then adding the colour she wants over the top. This extra step makes the top layer extra bright and vibrant.
What do I do if I am fustrated with my scrapbooking projects?
Our advice at Scrapbook Fantasies is to take a step back and take some time to have a drink of water or a cuppa or go for a walk around the room or outside. Just let your eyes rest and come back to the project refreshed.
What is the best way to store my Creative Templates?
Alicia Redshaw, the genius she is thought about this during the design stage. Therefore, each template set (except for the large stars) comes with a whole in each size so the templates can fit on a ring and hang off of a trolley within reach.
